ADDENDUM NUMBER 1 – Expression of Interest for Spatial Planning Services

INVITATION FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR SPATIAL PLANNING SERVICES – SPATIAL PLANNING AND DESIGN OF CIDRZ LAND IN IBEX HILL, LUSAKA, ZAMBIA

This is to inform all interested firms and/or individuals that, in order to be eligible for the above EOI, they must be registered with the Zambia Institute of Planners pursuant to Act No. 4 of 2011 of the Laws of Zambia. Furthermore, Registered planners must provide valid practicing certificates issued by the Council under the Regional Planners Act No. 4 of 2011.

International bidders can either register with the Zambia Institute of Planners or can incorporate registered local professional planners (one senior and one junior planner) or partner with registered local planning firm.

The mode of submission remains the same whilst the Closing date is hereby extended to Tuesday, 3rd March 2020 at 10:30 hours, CAT time. The Expresions of Interest must be deposited in the Tender Box on the ground floor of CIDRZ Headquaters reception, situated in Mass Media area on Plot # 34620 Off Alick Nkhata Road.

All queries must be addressed to the Head of Procurement & Supplies and must be in writing. The queries must be submitted to the above address or by email at least seven days before tender closing.

International bidders are encouraged to send their bids through DHL or Fedex

Late submissions will not be accepted. Telefax and/or electronic Expressions of Interest will not be accepted.
