Accreditation
As CIDRZ Central Laboratory we pride ourselves of an unwavering focus on quality of results offered to our clients. We boast of a robust documented Quality Management System that has seen the Laboratory obtaining accreditation based on ISO 15189 Standard. The ISO 15189 is the International Standard that specifies requirements for Quality and Competency in Medical Laboratories.
The Laboratory obtained accreditation with the Southern African Development Community Accreditation Services (SADCAS) following review of the Laboratory’s Quality Management System. We have been accredited for Quality and Competency in a variety of Disciplines including Haematology, Microbiology, Serology, Molecular Biology and Clinical Chemistry.
We are regularly audited by the National Health Institute Division of AIDS (DAIDS) through the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAIDS) Research support services to ensure our competency in providing Laboratory testing and ...
