The Management Forum is an elected group of members of the CIDRZ staff, working to make sure effective communication is maintained within the organization. Working directly with the Leadership Team, its members cover the full spectrum of the CIDRZ employee base, so that the views and perspectives of each and every employee are considered in implementation of policy and program management.
Membership to the Management Forum is not permanent, with elections being held on a regular basis to enourage and develop leadership skills within the organization.
