Models CommART implemented in Zambia

We implemented four models as below. These included a community-based group model (Community Adherence group - CAG), a facility-based group model (Urban adherence group - UAG), and two facility-based individual models (FastTrack and Streamlined ART initiation - START).




Who is eligible to join DSD models?

The WHO provides the definition of a stable patient.

Persons eligible to join the Community ART study included:

* if not available, clinician at facility determined whether patient was stable
