Mwansa Nancy Lombe is the Director of Human Resources at the Centre for Infectious Disease Research in Zambia (CIDRZ), with more than 15 years of experience in human resources and organisational development across the telecommunications, banking and energy sectors. She holds a Dual Honours Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and Media, Communication & Culture from Keele University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Southampton. At CIDRZ, Mwansa leads the people agenda, driving organisational culture, performance, employee wellbeing and strong institutional systems. Under her leadership, CIDRZ became the first organisation in Zambia to achieve Certified PeopleFirst™ status at Silver level, awarded by the Inspiring Workplaces Group in recognition of its people and workplace practices.
