- Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights For Adolescents And Young Adults – MAC Project
- CIDRZ provided HIV testing services to adolescent girls/young women and boys/young men in the ages of 13-24 from target communities during training sessions, football tournaments, community door-to- door visits and music performances in the community using popular local artists.
- Recruited and trained teen counselors from communities serviced by the 3 new health facilities and continued to support the already existing 12 health facilities with CIDRZ youth-friendly health services
- Delivered a tailored curriculum of 30 sessions led by adolescent coaches to adolescent girls from target communities in conjunction with Tackle-Africa
- Provided adolescent girls with menstrual hygiene kits as incentive to encourage regular attendance to clinical appointments
- Linked adolescents and young adults to clinical services at youth-friendly corners
- Provided family planning options to adolescent girls at youth-friendly spaces and at community level
- Provided differentiated service delivery to HIV positive adolescents through Urban Adolescent support Groups
- Provided PrEP to HIV negative adolescents and young adults, based on eligibility criteria in the National guidelines
