Study population:
- Objective 1: HIV Exposed Infants and Young Children aged 0-17 months
- Objective 2: Parents/guardians of HIV Exposed Infants who have had experience with both the Alere™ q HIV-1/2 Detect testing (POC test in the community) and Standard of Care diagnostic testing (PCR test)
- Objective 3: Health Care Workers at the study sites who have had experience of using the Alere™ q HIV-1/2 Detect platform
