The Centre for Infectious Disease Research in Zambia (CIDRZ) scooped the Corporate Social Responsibility award at the Zambia Medical Association (ZMA) Annual Ball and Awards held at Mulungushi International Conference on 16th of December 2022.
ZMA honors distinguished members of the association with awards each year to recognize their contributions to the profession and the country.
These are members who have excelled in the practice of medicine, have made significant contributions to upholding the profession’s values, and have set clear goals for all members to strive for.
CIDRZ supported Doctors and medical practitioners that were serving as front line workers during the high pick of COVID-19 outbreak with assorted PPEs and COVID-19 test kits.
