CIDRZ Hosts Uganda’s R2D2 TB Network and Kebera Diagnostics Laboratories for Knowledge Exchange

Exchange visits can turn shared experiences into better ways of doing things, bringing teams together to learn, connect and strengthen the work that matters most.

CIDRZ is pleased to host the Rapid Research for Diagnostics Development (R2D2) Tuberculosis (TB) network and the Kebera Diagnostics Laboratories team from Uganda, East Africa, for a three-day site exchange visit to share experiences and best practices in diagnostic accuracy research.

The exchange visit provides an opportunity for both teams to learn from shared experiences in evaluating novel TB diagnostic tools, strengthen research collaboration, and advance efforts to increase access to life-saving TB diagnostics in Zambia and Uganda.
