Dr. Lisa is a public health professional with over 20 years of combined experience in health systems programming, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation in the public and private sectors, international NGO settings, and at community, subnational, national, and international levels.

Dr. Lisa holds a master’s in public health (MPH) from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Gordon Institute of Business Science, University of Pretoria, an MBChB in Human Medicine from Humboldt University, Germany, a Diploma in Community Health and Tropical Medicine from the University of Heidelburg, Germany, a Higher Certificate in Health Management from the Foundation for Professional Development.
