Dr. Chewe Luo is a health professional with more than 38 years of experience in tropical medicine and epidemiology. She leads program design, management, and implementation oversight, including policy and strategy support for health and HIV programs for different national and community programs around the world, Monitoring and reviewing national and partner programs, including leading stakeholder joint teams in performance reviews in several countries around the world, including in Africa and Asia and Managing clinical paediatrics teams in Zambia and managing patients in Zambia and the UK.
She is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians from Edinburgh School of Medicine, Scotland. She has a Doctor of Philosophy in Tropical Child Health and Epidemiology from the University of Liverpool, UK, a Master of Medicine in Tropical Paediatrics and Child Health from the University of Liverpool, UK, a Master of Medicine in Paediatrics from the University of Zambia, and a Bachelor of Human Biology, Medicine, and Surgery from the University of Zambia.
