What We Do
We provide comprehensive monitoring, evaluation, and learning support across health programs and research initiatives. Our core functions include:
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Lead the development and implementation of program M&E frameworks, indicators, and results measurement plans.
- Track key performance indicators for PEPFAR MER, Global Fund, DoD and MoH programs.
- Support routine reporting through DATIM, DHIS2, SmartCare and other MoH reporting platforms.
- Data Quality Assurance (DQA)
- Conduct routine internal and external DQAs to ensure accuracy, completeness and reliability of program data.
- Support facilities, districts, provinces and MoH national level with data verification, triangulation and dashboard reviews.
• Evaluation, Research, and Learning
- Design and implement program evaluations, operational research, and learning activities.
- Apply implementation science frameworks (e.g., RE-AIM, CFIR) to strengthen program effectiveness and scalability.
- Generate evidence to support program improvement and policy influence.
• Data Analytics and Visualization
- Use advanced analytics to produce dashboards, data visualizations, and performance insights for decision-making.
- Apply tools such as Power BI to support in-depth analysis.
• Capacity Building & Technical Support
- Train provincial and district health teams, facility staff and partners in M&E systems, data use and data quality improvement.
- Provide mentorship on indicator definitions, reporting tools, and evidence-based program management.
• Strengthening Health Information Systems
- Support MoH and partners to improve data flow, reporting systems, and data use practices.
- Contribute to DHIS2 configuration, SmartCare enhancements and EMR optimization.
• Routine Data Use for Program Improvement
- Facilitate data review meetings, performance assessments and evidence-based decision-making processes.
- Provide technical support for gap analysis, root-cause analysis and development of quality improvement plans.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Lead program documentation efforts, including success stories, abstracts, manuscripts and donor reporting.
- Promote learning through various dissemination strategies
