

CIDRZ has officially signed up for the 2026 Corporate Soccer League (CSL), which will kick off on 7 March and run until September/October 2026. Now in its third season, the league will feature 24 teams drawn from various corporate institutions.
Speaking during the signing ceremony, CIDRZ Director of Human Resources, Mwansa N. Lombe, commended the organisers for creating a well-structured and competitive platform that promotes active participation among corporate teams.
“The CIDRZ team is ready for the season, and we are committed to working closely with the league organisers to ensure its continued success,” she said.
CSL Chief Executive Officer Kapasa Chanda expressed appreciation to CIDRZ for supporting a vision that has now come to life.
Meanwhile, Patron of the CIDRZ Football Team, Emmanuel Lumbwe, emphasised that success goes beyond match results.
“More important than winning is seeing CIDRZ employees come out in numbers to support their team,” he said.
The signing ceremony was attended by CIDRZ Director of Human Resources Mwansa N. Lombe, CSL CEO Kapasa Chanda, CIDRZ Director of Internal Audit and Team Patron Emmanuel Lumbwe, as well as several CIDRZ team players.
